This is the somewhat ironic tale of a man with no actual Drive.
The song is about living your life on autopilot and day dreaming your way through existence, something that we are all sometimes guilty of.
The song takes us on a dreamy, cinematic road trip through an endless day while Psychedelic Indie Rock and Post Punk blasts out of the stereo into the endless sky.

I can't recall the drive but somehow, I'm alive
And I have made it in to work
I won't recall the day, it always feels this way
When I am heading home from work

I'll put the TV on, the laptop and the phone
And scroll through other people's lives
To complete my night routine, I'll fall into my dreams
And then I'll start to come alive

Yeah, every single time I see that big blue sign
I think about which turn to take
And one day real soon, I'll cross that thick white line
And then I'll go and make my break

And I will tell myself, it's best for everybody else
If I just go and up and leave
But the real truth is this, if I stay here I will miss
